- Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies to ensure that campaigns are aligned with company goals and executed efficiently.
- Partnerships & Growth: Collaborate with external partners to amplify Simpler’s reach, develop strategic partnerships, and create new growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and brand positioning.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Lead marketing efforts across channels including paid search, paid social, display, content marketing, and email.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance and customer data to continuously optimise for ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Brand Growth: Ensure Simpler’s brand is recognised and trusted across key European markets, developing marketing assets that resonate with diverse audiences.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy, with a strong focus on scaling customer acquisition in key European markets.
- Manage internal marketing teams and external agencies, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and driving results.
- Partner with the product and sales teams to define and implement go-to-market strategies for new product features.
- Provide leadership in brand building and customer acquisition, creating a robust pipeline of leads and nurturing them through the funnel.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, identifying areas of improvement and adjusting strategies to maximise effectiveness.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and growth strategies.
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and driving growth in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing external agencies and working with cross-functional internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Expertise in digital marketing across paid search, paid social, display, email, and content marketing.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor teams and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
Benefits:
- Join a high-growth startup with the opportunity to shape Simpler’s marketing strategy and brand presence.
- Competitive salary, equity options, and performance bonuses.
- Flexible working arrangements, including remote work and travel opportunities.
- Access to top-tier tech resources and equipment to support your success.
